Logistics Officer
Job Profile
The Logistics Officer must ensure all aspects of the logistics team, such as shipping, warehousing and procurement are working together to fill order and deliver materials on a timely basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the goods return process, including all necessary documentation
- Monitor the handling (offloading, unpacking/packaging and stacking) and transportation of items of stock in and out of IL BAGNO warehouses
- Carry out physical checks of received products, confirming correctness with details of the original purchase order and other (shipping) documentation as well as the absence of damaged goods.
- Input inventory information in stock records/documentation e.g Excel spreadsheets, Goods Received Notes etc
- Participate in periodic stock counts and extensive stock taking exercises in line with provisions of the corporate delivery management policies & procedures.
- Supervise transfer of products from warehouse/store to showroom for pick up by clients
- B.Sc in any related discipline with a minimum of a second class lower (2,2)
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

- 1-3 Years’ experience in Sales related roles
- Customer service related roles in an advantage
